Welcome to the Summer 2 term in Nursery.

Our theme for this term is 'People who help us'.

Throughout this topic, your child will:

• Find out about people in our local community (family, school community, local area) and how their job role involves helping others in different ways. 
• Be able to express themselves in a group and during free play using words (and actions) to make themselves understood.
• Act in role, applying their knowledge of job role responsibilities and key vocabulary.
• Develop their capacity to remember information using songs and rhymes to support recall of information.
• Develop their and understanding of healthy choices about food, drink, being active and toothbrushing.
